I'd see 10-15ms pings next hop on Xfinity before that, on fiber, it was 1-2ms for next hop pings. On ATT, I had 23 ms to servers about 130 m away. That is really bad latency. Cable usually has latency under 10 ms in my experience even less than 5 if there is fiber to the building or nearest node. On TMobile though, I get between 26-30 ms, which is really a small price to pay for usable internet..
